Rainbow Ukulele is a system for teaching Ukulele in the elementary general music classroom. In this system, students are systematically taught the history of the ukulele, the parts of the ukulele, how to tune, reading music (TAB and traditional notation), fingerstyle, and chords.     I adore this product! I teach in a Title I public school and see students in large groups. This curriculum has worked beautifully with my diverse student population. My students in grades 3-5 love ukulele days, and they feel like rock stars when they play along with the included song accompaniments.

    My favorite thing about Rainbow Ukulele is that it comes with an abundance of resources for you and your beginner players. There is so much material that I have the freedom to pick and choose what will work best in my classes. Customization is easy!

    There are so many things to love about this bundle! The student books are packed full of one and two-chord songs to get beginners off to a great start, progressing to more advanced folk songs at the end. Add in the tuning and tab songs and you have a great beginner course. I love having access to the accompaniment tracks and presentation materials, which are very helpful when working with a class full of students. It’s crazy how much the students love playing even the simplest of songs like Green Cats Eat Ants! Love Rainbow Ukulele!

Which countries do you currently sell to?

Currently, Pitch Publications sells items to the United States, Canada, Japan, and Australia.  Customers in other countries may purchase items from JWPepper or Teachers Pay Teachers.  Feel free to contact me if you live in a country not listed and would like to inquire about shipping.

Payment

Am I responsible for tax or duties?

Due to current tax laws, sales tax is only charged to physical shipped goods for those in the state of Georgia, United States.  If you are with a school and have a tax exempt form, please contact me so I may adjust your tax rate.

International customers are responsible for all customs/duties charged by their applicable country.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Purchase Orders are accepted and can be uploaded directly on my site!  POs can be uploaded by the accounting manager for the school or the music teacher themselves.

We will then issue the proper download under the teacher’s account so they aren’t driving you crazy with access!

We accept returns of physical products, but buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.  In addition, shipping costs will NOT be refunded.  Returns accepted for 30 days after purchase.

How do I access my digital items?

There are two ways to get to your purchased downloads:

  1. An automatic email with the download link is generated every time you make a purchase so check your inbox and spam/junk box then click on the link in the email.
  2. Log in to your account and you will find a list of your purchases, which you can download at any time onto any of your devices.
How long is your uke unit?

Traditionally my ukulele unit lasted about 9-10 weeks in 4th grade and then we wove it in with other lessons in 5th grade.  For my county’s curriculum, the program lasted for both grade levels.  Your experience may vary depending on the pacing in your county.

Is the Rainbow Ukulele Digital Teacher and Student MEGA BUNDLE aligned with the NCAS?

Hi there!  It is aligned with the National Core Arts Standards but the unit plan is written such that the standards covered are simply checked off.  It is written as a unit plan not a daily plan so you would have to do some editing to show the true correlation.  If you would like a preview of the lesson plans, send me an email at [email protected]

No! This item contains files that will be downloaded to your computer. You may print them at home/work/school or send to a professional printer.

Is this geared toward soprano ukueles?
