Currently, Pitch Publications sells items to the United States, Canada, Japan, and Australia.  Customers in other countries may purchase items from JWPepper or Teachers Pay Teachers.  Feel free to contact me if you live in a country not listed and would like to inquire about shipping.

Due to current tax laws, sales tax is only charged to physical shipped goods for those in the state of Georgia, United States.  If you are with a school and have a tax exempt form, please contact me so I may adjust your tax rate.

International customers are responsible for all customs/duties charged by their applicable country.

Purchase Orders are accepted and can be uploaded directly on my site!  POs can be uploaded by the accounting manager for the school or the music teacher themselves.

IF YOU ARE THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER (BOOKEEPER, ETC) 

1.  Create Account

2.  Tax Exempt

Submit for tax exempt (even though currently I only charge sales tax in GA, this will keep your account tax free in the future) here: https://pitchpublications.com/my-account/wte-tax-exempt/

(We will go in and mark you approved tax exempt!).

3.  Place Order

Place your order on my site at pitchpublications.com/shop  When you checkout, you can upload a PO as a payment method or pay via credit card.  In order notes, just put the name and email address of the teacher the purchase is intended for.

4. Payment is due within 60 days. Payment can be made to:

5. Send your music teacher something like the following email:

Hi! We have purchased items for you from Pitch Publications.  Please make an account at pitchpublications.com/my-account and email [email protected] to let her know the account is made and items need to be issued under your account.  In your email reference order number [PUT YOUR ORDER NUMBER HERE].

We will then issue the proper download under the teacher’s account so they aren’t driving you crazy with access!

Then have each person register for an account at pitchpublications.com/my-account and checkout with any of my free products.

Have them put in an order note the order number from the master purchase OR email me at [email protected] and I can issue the download.

We accept most major credit cards via PayPal and Stripe payments. We do NOT accept personal checks or money orders.  We do accept checks when paying via Purchase Order.  You can check out by uploading your Purchase Order as part of our checkout system.

Physical Products
We accept returns of physical products, but buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.  In addition, shipping costs will NOT be refunded.  Returns accepted for 30 days after purchase.
